MagickHome specializes in offering a curated selection of home décor and lifestyle products. While we strive to provide accurate descriptions and images of our products, please note:

• Product Descriptions: All product information, including descriptions, dimensions, and images, are provided for informational purposes. Variations may occur due to screen settings, lighting, and handcrafted nuances.
• Availability: Product availability is subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to discontinue or modify products at our discretion.

2. Ordering Process

• Order Confirmation: You will receive an order confirmation via email. This confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order but acknowledges that we have received it.
• Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in product information, or payment issues.
• Order Modifications: Once an order is confirmed, modifications or cancellations are not guaranteed. If you need to make changes, please contact our customer care within 12 hours of placing the order. We will make every effort to accommodate your request, but cannot assure changes once processing has begun.

3. Pricing and Payment

• Pricing: All prices are listed in INR and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
• Payment Methods: We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and digital wallets. Payments are processed through secure and trusted gateways.
• Payment Confirmation: Orders will be processed only after successful payment confirmation.

4. Shipping and Delivery

• Shipping Partner: We have partnered with Delhivery to ensure reliable and timely delivery of your orders.
• Delivery Timeline: Standard delivery is estimated between 7–14 business days from the date of order confirmation. For custom or personalized products, estimated delivery timelines will be communicated during the ordering process.
• Shipping Charges: A standard shipping fee of ₹1,999 is applicable per order, unless stated otherwise during promotions or offers.
• Order Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, a tracking link will be sent to your registered email and phone number.

5. Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds

• Cancellations: Due to our streamlined fulfillment processes, orders cannot be canceled or modified once confirmed. Exceptions may be considered if a request is made within 12 hours of placing the order.
• Returns: Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition and packaging. Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products.
• Refunds: Refunds are processed after the returned item passes a quality check. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

6. Warranty

All MagickHome products come with a 1-year manufacturing warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers structural faults and manufacturing defects. It does not cover general wear and tear, damage caused by misuse, or alterations made by unauthorized personnel.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including but not limited to product images, descriptions, designs, and brand logos, is the intellectual property of MagickHome. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any content without explicit written consent is prohibited.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
